We want you to love your VeyloSupply purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
